Need info on eviction of disabled mobile home owner from rental land state of geeorgia. Can you help?

I receive S.S. Disability. I own my mobile home while renting the lot that it’s on. The original owner passed, the son sold the land and the new owner has in turn sold to a developer. Therefore everyone in the park has been given an 80 day notice to be off the land or out of the rental properties that are here. My only income is the S.S. disability check and less than $200. a month in food stamp. I have no savings, no cd’s or anything of that nature. I simply live check to check. I have no way of moving my mobile home. I have been looking at lots in this area and there are several that I know would allow my home. Is there any thing any where that would allow me to be elidgable for any help so that I don’t lose my home? Thank you in advacne for any and all advice you can give. Have a Great Day!!
