I have a rental mobile home, older- which tenants allowed cats to claw most of the walls. It is empty now and would like suggestions on how to replace these walls. I have never attempted this and wondered as to what would be needed to do this replacement. I do not think the walls are considered to be sheetrock, but more of a wall board type material. All suggestions appreciated.
I receive S.S. Disability. I own my mobile home while renting the lot that it’s on. The original owner passed, the son sold the land and the new owner has in turn sold to a developer. Therefore everyone in the park has been given an 80 day notice to be off the land or out of the rental properties that are here. My only income is the S.S. disability check and less than $200. a month in food stamp. I have no savings, no cd’s or anything of that nature. I simply live check to check. I have no way of moving my mobile home. I have been looking at lots in this area and there are several that I know would allow my home. Is there anyway to seal the seem or something so that they could be the vaccum bags?
